The first SCALOCAB HOME was built on land near
Whangarei and was privately imported from Europe. It was initially designed for our vacation or for guests. However, its simple construction soon attracted many
others and SCALOCAB LLC. was founded.

- Ecologically sound and sustainable production on tree nurseries in Finland and Latvia guarantees high environmental compatibility. Home-grown timber is not used in order to protect New Zealand´s forests.
- Fitting accuracy thanks to cutting-edge production with computer-aided sawing and milling machines.
